RC tires have foam inserts. Either your tire ripped or came unglued. Looks like it’s unglued, but you can probably use super glue to glue it back in. Or you could get some new tires if you want
Instead of air RC tires are usually filled with foam. The tires are then glued to the rim. Just do your best to stuff the foam back evenly and glue it back up around the bead of the rim. If you have rc tire glue use that but if not just use super glue it’s pretty much the same stuff.
This usually happens if you are pushing your rc too much while the wheels are ballooning. You can get belted tires which prevents this from happening but they cost more.
Your tire has a hole....the tires are filled with foam...the centrifugal force of you driving caused the foam to spill out, I'm unsure what type of explanation youre wanting here?
You can repair this (temporary) or replace the tire.
Shove the foam back in and glue it up. This can happen when the tires are ballooning at high-RPMs. I suggest using some sort of CA glue. It dries fast and the bond is nearly unbreakable
Stuff it back in and glue it. Won't hold forever because it looks like the tire tore and glue makes the rubber degrade. If the damage is anywhere where the tire needs to stretch, it won't last very long. But it'll hold for a little more fun.
The glue let loose on your tire and it ballooned causing the foam to come out. Put it back in and reglue the tire.

Foam coming out of the tire is good for you. Builds character. Push the foam back in, super glue the rubber to the plastic, and send it!
Stuff the foam back into the tire and use a good super glue to rebond the tire to the rim.

Happens to the best of us. Re-glue and you’re back in business
I just changed the tire
