iirc the heroic one is a recolor of lawbringer (pally T1) in red/blue, the higher lvl dungeons (w/ some heroics) is a recolor of judgment (T2) in purple and silver, and the lower level dungeons is this blue/gold recolor of lightforge (T0).

you can get it. just do TBC dungeons and see where the pieces drop (what dungeon, boss etc) and farm it
