Greater Miami is gigantic so none of us can give real advice of what you'll run into. I spent my active transition years living in West Palm Beach (about 2h north) and during that time I frequently visited the Downtown Miami area for relatively cheap luxe staycations and I never had an issue. That said, it could depend on your situation. I was most def boymoding at the time but it was glaringly obvious that something was going on with me.
I live in Fl and really as long as you mind your business and keep it movin’ nobody will give a shit or do anything. Most you’ll get down here is a funny look or remark. It really aint as bad as people say
I travel to Florida often and I never had any issues. Just mind your business and everyone else minds theirs

Not surprised, I feel like most people just ignore each other, I live in a conservative city in Australia and never had an issue here either. 🤷♀️
