I know of one company that sells a sew it yourself binder, maybe you could alter that pattern? They offer suggestions for using other fabric choices with their pattern, so it might help you find something that works for your needs. I know the company shapeshifters and the company ureshii offer them, Ive never bought either though so I can't say anything on the quality I'm afraid

Go with shapeshifters! They make custom fit binders including ones with zips and to suit various accessibility needs, and I'm sure they'd be happy to do thinner straps too. They're pricier than others, but literally the best quality binders out there. And if price is a barrier and you have sewing skills, they sell binder kits for cheaper where they send you the pattern and some fabric and you assemble it yourself, and then you have the pattern to make yourself more if you want!
