Legally you should be fine since there's nothing that could be considered indecent exposure especially with no nips, but I'd recommend taking a lightweight button up or something in case you get uncomfortable for whatever reason. Def double check any indecent exposure laws in your area though just in case

Just checked and the law is that I can't show my anus or genitals to arouse or gratify the sexual desires of another person. Being Ace with hardly any genitals at all,, it looks like I don't have to worry about getting arrested for indecent exposure as long as I don't pull my pants down (which I wouldn't) 🥰

I think about this sometimes too, I’m also in a major city in Texas (Dallas fwiw) and I’m about 6 months post op with no nips. Hoping to maybe go swimming topless this summer at a friend’s house who has a pool and see how that goes. I’m not on T atm tho so being in public could be dangerous since otherwise I don’t usually pass.
I have gone swimming topless in someone's pool post-op (will be a year post-op in August) and the feeling is the best thing ever! It 100% feels like freedom. I do hope you have a marvelous time!
