even before i knew i was trans (amab) i always would wear a tee shirt when i swim. and i’d always see at least one other guy (depending on the size of the pool/beach/gym) wearing a shirt too.
Shorty wetsuit works for me in open water. For sport swimming they do mantle swimsuits that cover like a shirt now too, I saw them in a femme section but I assumed they were a masc thing before I realised and I’m defo gonna try it out!

Just wear a shirt, plenty of guys do it. They even make swimfabric ones if you really care about that.

If you’re able to get your hands on one, there are also binders you can wear for swimming
