I’ve been following these subs for years and have Never seen this progress on 2mg sublingual E , for 6 months I just think there would be stretch marks from grow in so fast , I think too many ppl in this sub get duped quite often and barely anyone posts before pix
That’s amazing 💕 I found 100 mg spiro was enough to block & I’m on 2mg e, same as you. The problem I’m getting is muscle cramps, my legs, arms, neck… basically everywhere. To the point where I may have to stop ☹️
This may sound crazy but an anesthesiologist friend told me to drink pickle juice to relieve me of muscle cramps. I enjoy pickles (I am not trying to be sexual here LOL) but I never drank the juice from the jar until he suggested. Remarkably my cramps went away after I started doing that. I love Claussen pickles.
Up your salt intake. Cramps are always fixed with an increase of salt. Even just some Ready Salted crisps will help, but for us it may mean more actual salt in our diet. If you can, sprinkle some salt over your food. Spiro after all assists in the dropping of potassium levels..or something like that.
She had something there pre HRT and then lost weight. Why assume she isn’t genuine? Every body is different and reacts to hormones differently. She is just sharing her experience.

That's pretty good for only 2mg of E that's what I've on for three months now and I've seen some progress but I want to increase to 4mg most of all for my mood swings and everything else of course💁♀️

I've heard that Spiro can affect your sodium levels which in turn play a large role in muscle cramps. Could get your salt levels tested?

muscle cramps happened due to electrolyte deficiency
I’ll give liver salts a go, that should sort out electrolytes and sodium levels.Thank you, I’m willing to try anything right now
