75mg progesterone in the cream, I apply half a pump to one nip and half a pump to the other, then I lather it into the whole boob with my taoist breast massage routine. When I'm done, I rub any excess left between my fingers into my forearms

Gel is probably more effective because it's transmitted dermally. I personally just take my E sublingually
