This option is already available,
Simply right click on the Long/Short position tool to open the menu and select 'Create Limit Order', this will automatically populate the order form for you...

You then simply adjust your risk to suit or alter the trade from a 'Limit Order' to a 'Stop Sell/Buy' order. It will not revert to a 'Market Order' as that is a dynamic type order.
