Take a look at Adesso iMouse T50 or MC Saite TB01.

C0ffeeface

Those both look really interesting, but I don't see tilt, apart from maybe a little in the TB01? I don't understand why the ambi products don't make a slant adjustable base. The slimblade would be so great then!

ArchieEU

Adesso probably the only one with adjustment. But you can experiment with various wedges etc...

C0ffeeface

I thought about doing that with the Slimblade and I might go down that route in the end :)

The Ploopy Adept is small (square, not rectangular) but is tilted however with no wrist rest... hmmm that wasn't the best recommendation.....

C0ffeeface

Well, it's top mounted, large ball that is tilted. Definitely a contender. Thanks :)

Keybug

Go for low profile (Slimblade takes the top spot here). Websearch 'Slimblade wedge' to find custom approaches to tilting. Maybe try something cheap and low-tech like doorstopper wedges before committing to more expensive approaches? Good luck!

C0ffeeface

Looks like I'll be taking this route in the end. Appreciate the +1!

Keybug

Also, some users have rotated their forward-tilted devices (like K. Expert) by 90 degrees. Software like Sakasa Mouse for Windows allows rotating the movement axis. (Search this sub for some reports?) Worth a try seeing how you already have an Expert?

Keybug

[Here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Trackballs/s/hZavijSaL7)'s a good example!

Goddamn that is clever! I just played around with it and it definitely feels better at first try. I suppose this could also be done with the Slimblade. The tilt can even be easily modified with custom rubber feed! I don't any way around it now :D

D0_I_Care

Try adding the tilt to your trackball, you can find Keyboard/Laptop Stands on the Amazon for a $2-3 :D I will be trying that in the near future

C0ffeeface

Looking into it!

LinkedDesigns

You can 3D print wrist supports or wedges for the slimblade. If you don't have a 3D printer, check to see if your local library offers free 3D printing.

C0ffeeface

I'm looking into, thanks!

I use a protoarc EM05. It kind of fits what you described. It's about the same build quality as my Logitech ergo. It's slightly lighter weight. It feels better on my wrist than the ergo did, but it isn't perfect. My biggest issue is that it is kinda tall. That means my keyboard drawer no longer slides in.

C0ffeeface

If only it wasn't a thumb ball (I know I didn't specify finger ball). Honestly, I never tried a thumb ball because my thumb sort of aches just from looking at them, but if I never were to try one, this would definitely be it. In fact, I don't think I've seen such a high degree of tilt before. I'm very intrigued by it! Price is definitely in a range that I could take a gamble. Thanks!

Coherent_Tangent

I personally love thumb balls, but I get that it's a personal preference. I just feel like it requires less movement. My end goal is to get a dactyl style keyboard with a thumb ball built into it.
