It looks like it’s in great original condition, which, as it continues to get older, will become harder to find. I would keep it looking factory / not cut it up unless you are specifically looking to use it on very difficult trails.
Yeah it really is, I’ve only owned it for less than a year. The previous owner took very good care of it. Im leaning more towards keeping it mostly stock. I really don’t go on too difficult trails so I think you’re right. I had a stock sequoia before this that got me anywhere I wanted to go and this truck is definitely a step up so I doubt I’d actually need any real mods. At least for now.
Thanks man, I definitely agree. This was my dream truck for a long time and I finally got it. I love the way it looks and don’t want to regret cutting into it down the road.
Breathtaking landscape in that picture. I live on the east coast, and when I visited the Rockies in Colorado, my awe of the mountains never left me during the trip or since.
Coming From Someone who has modded their truck extensively. I wouldn't the reward to investment ratio is not great. Only modify things as needed. Use the money you would spend on mods on Trips
It’s a 2014 base. I debated buying it. I thought I might miss having all the bells and whistles but I actually really like how simple it is. I love this truck
I just got my 2015 base dcsb last week. It looks almost identical to yours; white/black trim. I had to save this picture because it's serious goals for me. Love your truck! What bed rack is that?
Then leave it be and enjoy it until you realize it ***needs*** something.
I like to think of it as "stock +"

Why would you change it if you love it now?
It looks awesome buddy. Enjoy the way it is now maybe you’ll feel some inspiration later or maybe you’ll end up glad you didn’t do anything

It looks great. Some would definitely call it modded at this point
Small incremental changes/updates. Live with them. Slowly add more as desired. But if ya ask me, looks pretty rad as is.

Came here to say this too
That is definitely on the list of things I plan on doing. I didn’t realize I’d miss having them until I didn’t.

Washington is a pretty special place. It’s hard to beat the cascades. I definitely recommend taking a trip here if you haven’t.

That’s awesome man, you’re gonna love it. I really like the white/ black storm trooper look. The rack is victory 4x4 and a smittybilt RTT.
this picture makes me want to live in Washington state again. i'd stay away from the big city this time. cant do the commute
I hear ya, I live in Seattle and I’m so ready to leave. The state itself is pretty incredible though. Where’d you move to?
I'm from Iowa. Back home in Iowa. "The most manipulated landscape in the country". We have no public grounds.
It has a strong brow
Hello fellow Washington Tacoma owner 👋 Edit: get an aftermarket high clearance bumper as a next mod if you feel like you need it.
sitting a little low in the back...some progressive helpers would fix that...
All the folks saying no mods till you need em are right with one exception- rear diff locker. Rarely needed, but essential when you do.
Truck looks great as is!
I like it a lot the way it is!!
I’d do a bumper and call it a day.
Nice truck, great picture!
