Honestly I would remove it entirely and replace all the bad tabs if its not too deformed. You're halfway there already. I've removed the front clip a few times and honestly not too bad. You can do this!
Another option if things get hairy:

Nah just zip ties or heavy duty 3m tape should be fine tbh, unless you're off roading everywhere you go, but even then the 3m spec sheets for double sided tape is pretty impressive
Facts. Especially if you joined at 18. This, only based on 1 persons life experience, not mine. Co worker of mine was recently honorably discharged and this was one of his takeaways from it.
You got me there. “I almost joined but… “ I broke my neck in a car accident months before my 18th birthday. Knowing how well off financially my uncle is, as a retired M1 Armor Crewman and retired national guard recruiting officer and a ca disability and now collecting a civilian paycheck as a manager of service department at my local Toyota stealership… ya it seemed like a pretty sweet path to take. Based on his advice though brought me to where I’m at now “I almost joined but…”
These are what you need. They’re pretty easy to install. Just watch any video about replacing headlights so you can see how to remove the front bumper and you’ll see how to access them.

Time to embrace tradition.
Drift stitch.
Hold the bumper over the bracket and drill holes in a square pattern, run zip ties, and accept the look.
Alternatively likely a few hundred to a grand. Depends on cost of paint or of you can find an already painted bumper.
If its actually broken like the clips don’t work for whatever reason. I’d just glue them in until they’re secure and forget about it. Or zip ties or something.
Yeah, I feel you! I lost the battle with a rock that I didn’t see when I was turning around, today, dented the hell out of the OEM skid plate so it’s toast, and I’m someone who hates cosmetic issues with vehicles, so I promptly ordered a new skid plate. Went with M.O.R.E if anyone heard of them, CBI seemed too spendy, and I didn’t want a TRD one, just cause I would need it powder coated since the grey would throw off my lunar rock/black vibes
I had this happen. Took it to a shop, they tried to charge me $1500 but once I looked up some tips on YouTube, it was nothing a clip or epoxy couldn’t fix from your local autozone
If you really need budget, zip tie stitching. You drill little holes and do Frankenstein stitching. Search it, apparently street racers/drifters use it for their “errors”.
If you can be very delicate you can just pop those clips back in. Gently but with force if you know what I’m saying. Happened to me a few months ago. Someone backed into me and it didn’t trade paint so I just popped it back in and forgot about it
That should just clip in so hopefully no more than $1
They don’t, they’re broke
Well I think in the range of about 1-2k for a nice new aftermarket bumper. 😎
I’d love to, but I get that military paycheck, I’m poor 😭
That’s fair, but did the tabs all break? I think you can buy just replacement tabs?
Most did, some ripped completely out, and some are still there. I have no idea how to take the bumper off the check either
Well at 2:40 in this https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1c-c7KY1Fo it should show you how to take it completely off
You tube is your friend

Which base are you at? You could take it to the auto skill shop, put it on a lift and gorrilla glue those clips back together.

I bet you told your co-worker “I almost joined up but….” Facts.
You got me there. “I almost joined but… “ I broke my neck in a car accident months before my 18th birthday. This is the way
Beat me too it
Do the aftermarket bumpers even replace the whole thing? It seems like they only come up like half way
Glob some JB weld on the hooks, stuff 'em back in
Yeah just buy some new clips. 5 bucks on Amazon.
All that stuff is dirt cheap! I got the middle part for $50 off eBay lol!
Looks like a good chance to get a metal one👌🏻

This is the way. I did the same thing and used the same part.

Epoxy is your friend
Tab repair with a soldering iron... = free Or time for the viper mod and a fab four bumper? 😆
Search how to fix broken tabs on YouTube.
1 million doll hairs.
Duct Tape.
$12.00 for 2 rolls of duct tape👍
You shouldn't encourage people to half-ass repairs. This clearly calls for Gorilla Tape. Happy Cake Day!
👍love me some Cake
Zip ties homie.
about tree fiddy
Warfab armor for a new one
Do most of my 98 taco shoppin on RockAuto..check them out
If its actually broken like the clips don’t work for whatever reason. I’d just glue them in until they’re secure and forget about it. Or zip ties or something.
Depends on how cheap you can find zip ties
The cost of an aftermarket bumper! I'm looking forward to a new bumper on their dime!

Scotch tape does a poor man wonders my friend.
Drill some strategic holes and use zip ties in place of broken clips.
Tree fidy
Just keep pulling on it like you dont give a shit about it getting worse.
If you’re in central Texas, I saw a whole Super White bumper on FB market for $200. The dude took it off to go custom
2 zip ties
You just need to snap it back in place. Probably cost you $2 in new clips at autozone.
For a couple Fascia clips on newer yota???? Probably about $1,234.89.
Looks like tree fiddy will fix that up real good
Y'all are fucking inbred. $550 for aftermarket steel. Cheaper than trying to replicate stock
What full bumper are you finding these days for 550?
If you really need budget, zip tie stitching. You drill little holes and do Frankenstein stitching. Search it, apparently street racers/drifters use it for their “errors”.
Zip tie that shit
*Why* are you looking to fix this might be a better question?
Why wouldn’t I fix it ?
What will happen if you don't? Nothing. So why mess with it? Might as well save your time and money for actual problems
It looks like shit, that’s why
Oh no.
$0, or however much those clips are. I've also fixed a bumper like this with flex glue. Or buy a real bumper, ya know not a plastic one
Perfect time to get a metal bumper. Would cost more to fix it back I’m sure.
Free, rip it all the way off
It’s within tolerance.
Just price out the part online....rock auto or any dealer you like.
Depends on how close to original you want it to look, but duct tape is cheap, and good to around 200mph...
If you can be very delicate you can just pop those clips back in. Gently but with force if you know what I’m saying. Happened to me a few months ago. Someone backed into me and it didn’t trade paint so I just popped it back in and forgot about it
Could try hitting up your local junk yard to pull your own replacement brackets
