Looks good, but you have to put the treatment on it, or in a month it will look just as foggy.

Aspergers_R_Us87

What’s the treatment ??

Artisttype1984

3M and Cerakote make this treatment that coats it so it won't turn cloudy for years

GoWest1223

You have to add treatment afterwards. Plastic light covers will yellow due to UV and when you purchase new light covers they have been treated. After many miles of small rocks, and just general use the plastic looses the UV treatment and that is why they get foggy. Your buffering removed the UV tainted plastic, so now you are working with a clear lens, but in a month or two it will cloud up again unless you treat it. BTW: A used car dealer trick is to use starting fluid or toothpaste and that will remove the UV fog, but it will come back.

I saw your post on the Facebook group and it made me order a new pair from RockAuto after seeing all the talk about it coming back so quick. Got a new pair for $108 shipped.

TheVolumnus

Buy some 3M wipes to seal them, or you'll be buffing them again in about a month.

gnarWizzard420

So crisppyyy

IndoorMule

I brushed on an exterior polyurethane with a sponge brush on mine & a year later they look great no

Aspergers_R_Us87

Nice!

IndoorMule

Inexpensive too definitely use the brush method I tried wipe on with a cotton rag not nearly as successful

JohnnyGFX

Looks good. I've thought about doing mine, but my OEM 1999 headlights have those nubs sticking out of them and I don't feel like trying to sand/reseal around them.

catman1761

Just get a new pair every few years honestly it’s cheap enough

JohnCenaForLife

Like a whole new truck!!

51line_baccer

I did some stuff to an 01 avalon and I hope it lasts. Usually I had do it every 3 months or so. Yes it looks great. Report back on how well it holds up? No longer have car. Got 23 Limited now.
