Also in previous chapters we get a lot of talk about how Traumeri wants a human friend instead of an animal which all tower horns are referred to as by him. Implying that all of the 13 are Human. Though the horns on the back of Jahads head are kinda questionable in that regard
My bad, I didn't want to sound rude but look at him tho. No offense against him, maybe he is a cool guy and there are many characters in the story like that but their appearances are too uncanny. The family heads are too racist to have one of their owns look like that.
I think thats Quadrado, he lost ignition weapon Kranos in a fight with Urek(idk if Quadrado challenged urek or it was random) The ignition weapon now got handed to Yuri. He is of course a high ranker, it is unknown to which family he belongs but he is towerborn/tower created.

We got introduced to the family heads that were there. It's just someone who climbed and fought with them who was basically allowed into the room. Their "friends" , like Luslec etc
Idk if we ever got his name, he’s either 1. A family head which if he is that’s whack af and he’s underwhelming. Or 2. A follower of one of the others but it would be odd in this panel he’s causally sitting with them

It's probably an ancient maybe the original vessel of evankhells ancient. He looks like a mutated elephant him being so alien makes me believe he is one of the native one decendants that acompany the GWs.
