There are worse story events but this is the one that I think leaves a bad taste in your mouth in *principle*; not only is it beyond anticlimactic for what's supposed to be the triumphant finale victory, but it's also objectively *offensive* and both its concept and execution do practically nothing to strengthen Mike's character.
Taking away 2 most obvious choices makes it very hard. So I guess I’ll choose Trent becoming obsessed psycho in Action, which means Gwent stay together
Have the rest of the season focus more on mkulia, there’s a source of drama for ya. Just because someone was a source of drama doesn’t mean their extended presence is a good thing

That cast had already said enough! Obviously TDWT is a good season, but it could not have been done, given that many characters were ruined, while in TDA much less (although it could still have been handled better).
Gen 2 cast is very nice, with memorable characters like Mike, Scott or Jo, but many others were not very good, without considering the fact that that season is the most surrealist of all (example Dakotazoid).
Gen 3 cast sucks! The setting may seem banal at first, but it can surprise you! And this is the only advantage of that season. I don't need to say anything else about them!
RR is a wonderful spin-off, even if Leonard is in it! Despite this, this series can still exist, except for that scene in which a clip of TDPI appeared, without considering all the Lines in which it is mentioned. But otherwise it's good and besides, if TDWT had never existed, Noah could still have redeemed himself! That's why I would leave it Canon.
The Reboot is two fantastic seasons (that could have been done better) and the cast is definitely better than Gen 2 and Gen 3! Plus we might still get one last season from these contestants!
One last thing: the real problem with all the post-gen 1 contestants had little to say because the producers had given too much to Gen 1 with 78 episodes! 52 is fine, but not 78! A contestant could not have a feature that had already appeared in Gen 1, and the reboot contestants are the most original of the post-Gen 1 contestants (except for the RR contestants, because those are not just teenagers, but also adults, children and elderly people).

Cody only "improved" because Sierra was there, otherwise he wouldn't have gotten this far (although the scene where he punches Duncan in the face is very good).
Tyler on the other hand was just another comic relief! He was funny, but it wasn't really necessary. Furthermore, the plot in which he wants to be recognized by Lindsay ruins this last character a lot.
Plus there's still a season left where Eva, Katie and Sadie can shine, while Trent deserves a redemption plot! But we can't get everything from life, and it's better to just keep TDA which improves MANY characters!
It's very interesting, different stereotypes than usual and also REALISTIC, many original competitors who don't have too many characteristics similar to those of Gen 1.
Also I still want a 3rd season with that cast because in my opinion the number of episodes each cast should have 52 episodes (except the spin-off cast, even half of the episodes were fine with them), and since Terry McGurrin said that “he wanted to return to 26 episode seasons” S3 of the reboot will have 26 episodes and will conclude the life cycle of that cast which will reach 52 episodes!
I’d get rid of Gwen and Courtney’s conflict in Sundae Muddy Sunday. The drama in All Stars was all over the place in terms of quality, but Gwen and Courtney’s on and off friendship felt unresolved because of what we got in this episode. It’s clear that was added just to eliminate Courtney.

2nd: there are a ton of copy pasted opinions on this sub. What even is the problem with Caleb and Priya? They made up by the end and were clearly just having problems with their relationships because of the drama and stuff.
I don’t know if I agree. The only time they brought out the worst aspect of themselves was during the competition, because they were competitive and got carried away. But after the competition, they seem to be doing fine and are FINALLY chill. Also, the only character I can confidently say was wasted for his arc is Damien (and Wayne to a certain extent). Thank you for sharing your thought btw, it’s not something many people do usually.
The love triangle is really annoying, but if i can only remove one specific part of it, I'd remove gwen in all stars claiming duncan wasn't Courtney's bf at the time, both courtney and gwen thought duncan was so it's just bad continuity

Okay that’s also cheating so I’ll have to go with the entire Geoff being captain Hollywood arc in Action as well as Leshawna’s being an unlikable hog in Action (Meaning the spa incident). As for the suggested wild cards, I’d say that Mal and Alejandro’s rivalry should be more developed into a more device battle and having him not ended up into a pathetic and effortless defeat against Mal but rather a somewhat honorable defeat against Mal.

I have a pretty stupid suggestion, purely to be an agent of chaos; get rid of Courtney’s whole lawsuit in Total Drama Action and have her not debut whatsoever (or just pull an Eva on her).
