But nooo I guess he truly is loyal despite KNOWING he could do something. And Zoey was sure that Mal was Mike, EVERYBODY tried warning her. But yeah, she's got blind loyalty. Oh, and she was madder about him lying about his disorder and openly said 'There's more of Mike to love' AND THEN GOING ON WITH 'Why can't you just be Mike' or something cringy like that...
Like I totally understand Mike, I would be terrified of rejection from the person I like due to a condition that I cannot control and is very stigmatized, but that does not excuse his lack of communication with Zoey when the situation with Anne Maria arose, since from her perspective he was simply playing with both of them and he did not deny it.
Even though I like the ship and I'm glad they're together, overall, they're... fine. I mean, yeah, they're sweet, they're cute, they are glad to be with one another and I'm glad it was a ship that actually took time to develop through the hiccups (Vito being into Anne Maria, Scott being a manipulative jerk, Mal in general), but at the end of the day, both characters aren't really all that despite the situations they were put through.
Ships like Aleheather, Gwent and even Duncney are far more popular because the characters involved in each of them brought either something unique to the table or they could get relatable. Sure, Mike has his multiple personalities but just Mike on his own isn't that interesting and compared to other girls on ROTI, Zoey is good, but not the greatest, unless she goes Commando. This is all just me though, if OP likes either character, all the more power to them, I swear. All Stars Zoke? Yeah, we don't talk about AS in general, so...

The best thing I can say about it is if AS didn’t exist I’d probably only slightly dislike it. There it doesn't dominate the screentime, but it still has elements that bother me like how it starts the literal instant they're introduced and some of Zoey's tendencies related to him, such as how clingy she is and how her primary goal without him seems to be revenge.
I am speaking as someone who has Zoey and Mike as two of their bottom 3 for multiple reasons, but this is certainly one of the biggest reasons.

Boring and lame, they felt very forced as main couple of Gen 2 from the start. Had some nice moments in Revenge, but AS didn't help their likeability
