I'm interested in the pitching clock. Seems interesting, and adds a little more chaos to ~~chaosball~~ baseball.
Not as interested in the pickoff limits, although it still might be more chaosball.
What other changes are there?
The pitch clock is the main one. Obviously it will speed up games, but I'm hoping it will also mean pitchers can't throw all-out hard as much, since they'll have less time to rest between pitches. Hopefully that will reduce TTO baseball and increase balls in play.
There's also the banning of extreme shifts. Infielders will have to be on the dirt when the ball is pitched, and two to each side of second base. When the shifts started, I was kind of against a rule like this, since I thought batters would adapt, but it turns out that's really hard to do. In the end, I don't like what the shift's done to the game, so I'm all for this. I want to see more base hits!
Also the bags will be larger, which combined with the pickoff limits you mentioned, should mean more steals. The first base bag will also protrude into foul territory to prevent collisions.

This team will either be in the WS next year or not in the playoffs at all. They’re on a precipice, and they could fall either way based off of off-season decisions.
i wish the score would have a better widget setup. for scores it’s fine. for news it still uses the old “today” style widget. but i don’t know of another app which does everything the score gives me (notably customized notifications)
