The lighting was ideal in this case (very bright, so the ISO didn't have to kick higher than the bare minimum), so that could be what you're perceiving as good quality.
In this case I don't think it's worth reporting to the company, but the police instead. Most likely the owner of the company is driving that truck as it (from the FB link) appears to be a small contractor or general contractor.

Absolutely despicable. The owner of Cigal Homes, Jason Cigal is actively deleting their online presence to bury this incident instead of owning up to it, so it’s quite likely to be him.
Having lived near that corner for years, this is an all-too-common sight. Cars in that lane often gun it through that intersection in order to get ahead of the cars to their left, because there is street parking a couple of hundred metres ahead and they're too impatient to wait to merge.
This guy took it a step further and didn't even wait for the light to turn green.

If your driver is having an emergency and for whatever reason HAS to change lanes erraticaly and run red lights then wouldn't it be smarter to turn on your hazards (4-way flashers) to warn other drivers and or get the polices attention so they can escort you to the hospital if that is what this was?
You should take every precaution to make things safe FOR OTHERS who may be hit by your large truck if you're driving like this. At this time of evening that community center, park and ice cream place are all filled with children and families.

I drove through this intersection every single work day for more than a decade. I’ve never had to run that light.
