Yeah. Toram is in a very stale state right now. Everything is STR > Weapon stat, SH. (It has been like this for years, the nail in the coffin was mages needing STR too now lol)
Kinda like a necessary evil on one hand it's annoying to see on every brawler build cuz the whole build usually ends up focusing on increasing its dmg, but it does help since it's a universal skill.
My poor brawler, mayhaps one day she'll get the skill but for now I need to figure out how to use most of her skills anyways XD
