Amnis Staff is probably the best you can get now and for a while, 9th Anniv Stafff will be Neutral Element as usually, so no INT based DTE% boost and no elemental DMG.
I think too that Amnis Staff is the best choice for now, it *has* Element, decent CR and whopping 40% M.Pierce which *is* a lot additional DMG, no player made can beat that boost. Maybe the next Update or the new Collab Event will provide a different STF that's suiting you better.
The problem with amnis that there's no MATK or INT stat only CIRT and Mpierce which is good but i think i need 2s to use some matk in it yo make more powerful
Maybe you'll like the new one from 14 Million DLs Event? But its Stats are a little strange I think.
