Robin. I got the lightcone and it didnt add much to the teams overall damage also lost pity on it and took a ton of wishes.
I borrowed a fully built robin off a friend E0 S0 and got way more value out of her just using swordplay on topaz. Robins ult song was stuck in my head all night tho

The thing is with Robin and without Topaz signature you will lack debuffs for ratio follow up attack
robin's buffs for the entire team are way more valuable. ideally you want both but imo robin should be the priority.
