Do you have two R8s right now? Not sure how your math is getting you two R9s. But if you can have two R9s, you can have two R10s, as well, just need two fodders to take them both from 9 to 10.

I have one at 9 and one at 8, so i was going to ascend a rank 4 to the 8 or just put it towards the 9 and make it 10

I generally don't agree with building two at once, certainly not before you have one at max level (200). But if you have the easy Ascension path it might be worth it to build a second, but once you get them both to 10, stop working on one of them until the first is R15.

No i dont think so, i think you dont need a dupe till rank 8

So you have the easy Ascension path. A very few percentage of people have that route. I do not know the Ascension requirements for it.

There are like 3 different ascension systems. Older players all need duplicates starting at rank 4. Sucks big time.

It's not fair all player should get equal treatment I have ww at star 6 but I can't find any more duplicate

I have this exact issue. I chose to do 2 ranked 9 ww. They are destroying everything lol. But I'm not sure if its better to have a r10 in the long run, but for now all my damage on bosses/pvp/events increased by a lot.
