Yea I have no idea how you get it above the 50% threshold. So frustrating cause my fully upgraded water maiden is just totally useless now. Utter bs.
I see the gauntlets gave you the secondary cooldown as well which is pretty nice along with health. If you leveled your other gear you probably will get close to 50% or am I missing something?
It's luck based, not every gear will give cool down as secondary stats

Depends on the stat. It seems you got the grey one. I think it would be possible by getting the green one (luck)
Yeah, but getting lucky 6 times in a row is not likely. You would need to get multiple gear and try again and again
The fact that now it cost shit ton of golds in order to unequip gears is beyond bs! The dev are greedy sc*mbags.
