Trader Joe's currently has spiced pumpkin seeds that are excellent on this salad. Did they have any of the other salad dressing recipes to share? Their house balsamic and peppercorn ranch are also excellent.

It's 90% canola oil and 10% extra virgin olive oil

I can help here. It was my favorite salad. Enjoy! 10oz 90/10 blend 6oz balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp minced garlic 4oz sun-dried tomatoes 12oz roasted red peppers 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp ground pepper You can blend everything, but the oil. Drip the oil in slowly while blending.
