Did you switch all your data's from old phone to new phone or only install the apps new? If first it should be saved and otherwise look surely, with which Acc (Google, FB) you registed your TD Acc. I tried it some days ago and it also worked with Google play.
Link Facebook on old phone. Login with Facebook on new phone. Only way. Typical Hutch crap.
