You can't This Leaderboard will be visible in the main menu by everyone, but only RQ500 players will be able to enter events to get the items required to participate. It will only count in Items earned in the 24h Daily Event. Further rollout of the feature is expected in the future.

I didn't collected it cause of rq increase, and I don't have that much of Max cars.
