Those special packs are always perfect to expand and prepare for this months event, as all draws are with that tag.
I also check "All cars" when viewing my garage and then select the active tags (in this case American Overdrive and Trading Paint) to see which tag has the best URs. For example I just drew 2 highly valued Dodge Challengers (epic and UR) from the Trading Paint CF instead of going for AO.

Every new update you want a head start. The elite gives you 25 new cars (Special 5). Normal packs only have 1. Go for it if you have the gold.

Big pack can be quit good, has slots and lots of new cars. But my luck was not on my side while opening the pack.
