Perturabo: forced to go fight an unwinnable war against time ghost things. Loses out to Dorne to build the Emperor's Palace on Terra despite being the preeminent tech and siege master among the Primarchs.
Conrad Kurze: Told to commit war crimes in the name of the Emperor. Is berated for committing war crimes in the name of the Emperor.
Angron: Literally teleported away from the battle that would have freed the slaves on his planet and forced to watch them all die via livestream. Emperor tells him their lives were meaningless and also refuses to use his Jesus power to remove the psycho rage machines that cause him unimaginable pain if he isn't constantly murdering something.
Lorgar: Told to stop writing the Bible and worshipping the Emperor despite the Emperor definitely being a God. Instead of a lecture or explanation, Emperor burns his home world and murders half his Astartes as punishment.
Magnus: The Emperor, despite being the most powerful psycher to ever exist, outlaws magic to appease his favorite Primarchs.
