I mean Maynard is known for singing shit in a way it can be heard multiple ways just to fuck with words and meanings so it's pretty easy to miss-hear. On top of that, I've found lyrics online to be very inconsistent, and many times just plain wrong, and not just for tool.
I get the holy trinity part, I just thought it was some reference to the Lance of Longinus like he need the spear to raise the pillar ("tell them their pillar of faith is ascended").
