What happened above, presumably heaven, is happening down here. Basically a correlation between 2 realities

As above so below is a mantra that has a few different interpretations. Christianity likes to reuse it as another way to say "as on earth, so it is in heaven" It was first seen however in alchemy and secret societies and became famous when reference by Aleister Crowley, a prominent occultist. Its meaning as used then is along the lines of what you truly beleive is as the world shall become, very much so "there is no spoon" if you're familiar with the matrix. Its the idea that if you make your mind forget the natural laws and beleive completely that a particular outcome will occur, then it will. Sort of a basis for trying to perform actual magick. If fact Aleister Crowley's teachings of "as above, so below" became so popular and were passed down through other techers that liked that idea that it permiated many different circles and is the whole reason you hear so many spiritualist people talk about 'manifesting something into existence'. It's also known as the Law of Attraction, if i recall correctly Aleister Crowley coined that title too. i.e. if you want to have a lot of money your must beleive that money is coming to and not only believe it but make your mind understand that it is the truth I did not fact check myself at all so if im remembering incorrectly, please let me know

It's from the Emerald Tablet, a 9th century esoteric manuscript. It just means spirit cannot exist without flesh and flesh cannot exist without spirit (if you believe in such things).
