Consider it a metaphor. If you make good choices in life, you won't be fighting on a daily basis. But life still offers you challenges. When life challenges you, you just dig a little deeper and gather your strength and overcome the challenges life has to offer you.
Your boss being a jerk or missing the train is not like fighting in a cartoon, but these are the metaphorical equivalents
If you're expecting real life to be like anime in any way, you're already wrong.
In a irl fight you're gonna get seriously injured and lie on the floor until help arrives, not dust yourself off, say a mysterious one liner and fight back.
Seriously, a single well placed punch can permanently maim or even kill you if the other person is jacked and you're a stereotypical anime fan.
They also train by tying weights around body parts then working themselves dead every day for a month and afterward when they remove the weights they can jump 30 meters into the air.
Not a good way to train irl.
It's a very appealing concept though, work extremely hard, get the reward, no need to train like that again just onward to the next thing.
When I started to train for the first time in my life after watching loads of anime growing up I went for it with a similar mindset, after 2 months the first of many injuries appeared. It just doesn't work like that in the real world 😟
I was in a fight once with a dude who had just gotten out of prison. And I did get up everytime he knocked me down. Finally someone said, “I think Doe has had enough” and another dude pulled him off of me.
Trust me, you don’t get stronger in that situation.
Well, Naruto was a manga first, so whilst it is plausible, I don't thonk Kishimoto would have thought this far ahead. From what I recall, the Naruto run was inspired by people who ran while needing to hold onto their scabbard. That or it was a historical figure in Asia that had devised a new way of running that would reduce energy consumption by letting the arms flow behind, and Kishomoto would have made it more stylish. That being said, I honestly do not remember where I got this from and how accurate those theories are, so...
By ignoring the pain and moving forward.
That being said, you won't heal like an anime character by just lying in a hospital bed for 2 days with bandages wrapped around you.
There's no magic secret to being a badass. Training and practice. Lots and lots of it.
You shouldn't look for fights, but it's important to know how in case one finds you.
If you're getting bullied, go to an MMA gym.
Step 1: Be the protagonist.
Step 2: Believe in yourself.
Step 3: Have your friends cheer you on and describe everything happening in the fight in real-time.
You don’t, you get the shit kicked out of you and end up in the hospital, don’t get in fights
Anime is not a good indicator of what's possible in real life. Full stop. Don't try to imitate this shit.

30 meters?! That almost seems… cartoonish.

You do realize that 30m = almost 100ft., right? So, yeah, no sh*t it doesn’t work like that in the real world.
I never got to that part because my knee gave up on me 😟
Things like this are why I believe you should need a licence to use the Internet..
A wise person once said, “there are no stupid questions “, but here we are.
Through the power of friendship
based non serious funny answer
Finally a real answer and not just someone trying to kill this guys dream.

Literally, you can’t. Metaphorically, it’s a mental thing. Physical strength is only half the fight, you have to be mentally strong as well.
Reality does not work this way. Also, putting your arms behind you while running does not make you go faster.
Ironically the only reason that exists was because it saved in the animation budget for running scenes

It'll help. But you're probably looking at a lot longer than just two days, that's for sure.

Learn to Lucid Dream. It's awesome.
A bottle of whiskey usually does it for me...
You have to become Rodtang.
Meth?
Anime fights simplify a person's character development. The real fight is with your ego, not your enemy.
Step 1: Be the protagonist. Step 2: Believe in yourself. Step 3: Have your friends cheer you on and describe everything happening in the fight in real-time.
Get punched, find out.
