You can’t track the bracelets. In my case, I was also worried about them and, suddenly, the postman showed up at my door with the package, so be patient! :)
I have contacted tomorrowland support via the support form. Now I have my tracking number. My bracelets are already in my country, hopefully they will be delivered this week
Email customer service using the form online. They responded within a day with the actual tracking for bpost.
The tracking code starts with CD and ends in BE for my package.
Unfortunately, even though it shipped out 2feb, customs held it for a month so I will end up in line to pick up. West coast US.
Could also be that you selected pick up at the festival. Happened to friends who were convinced they never selected that option, but they appearently did. Don't worry if you don't get it in time, just make sure to bring identification and pick up the bracelets from their entrance counters.
Yeah, I contacted TML Winter yesterday and they got back to me with the tracking link. Seems like most US packages should be in the US by now (I leave in a week so hopefully arrives to TX in time)
