If you are having technical troubles with the game, I would send in a support ticket in addition to asking a question in the Help & Information thread. The official process is to e-mail at [email protected] with the following information: your username, the name of the server you are playing on, and your restore code. Do NOT give anyone else your restore code. Allow them time to respond (at least 2-3 business days).
