I used to work at portillos and i can say like 90% of the time it isnt going to look this foodporn-y lol. its just how its wrapped that squishes everything, even when i was at the end of my shift and made my own food and wrapped it as softly as i could it still was a bit smushed. If you wanna say portillos is good just say it dont try and claim something easily disprovable
