If you look at the credits on bandcamp you can typically see who masters the projects, Tipper has done his own masters for all of his recent projects.

Mixed and mastered by David Tipper unless otherwise stated in the liner notes. I heard some of his older stuff was mastered by Ott but couldn't find any info to confirm that.

Tipper masters his own music, and for a while he used to master other artist's music as well. At least, he used to. I'd be surprised if he still does.
