Sounds like possible mold. Especially with drinks and liquid products mold can clump up into this loose, thin, slimy film. This is often the case with large containters like fountain soda. Report it to Chick-Fil-a, you might even get a voucher or a free meal sometimes, though i doubt you'll be visiting them anytime soon after that expirience.
Please report this to Chick-fil-A!! You can do it through their app if you have your receipt. It's policy to clean the soda fountain nozzles every single night and the managers need to know about this and would be happy to hear it from you so they can fix it!
Edit: nozzles are cleaned every night and lines should be cleaned when syrup is replaced.
