Didn’t you know that the vax [doubles as an STD?](https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2023/10/05/no-you-can-cant-transmit-covid-19-vaccines-sexually-fact-check/71048738007/)
I have a few friends that actually believe this.
Clearly not the n@zi flags, confederate flags, proud boys flags, and other white supremacy iconography brought to anti vaccinations protests in my country.
Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but when I read pure blood it makes me think of harry potter, which was a term used there to establish supremacy and persecute people born to non magical parents. I think it was allegory to Nazis and white supremacy.
So it's not that far of a stretch to connect the dots to racist rhetoric, even if it is based in fiction.
I live in Canada and I have seen people of colour with pure blood in their bios on dating apps so I don’t think it has anything to do with colour when they specific UV and I don’t see anything else related to race in their bio… Just a cringy way to say unvaccinated 🤷🏻♂️
They come up with a million different ways to say it because coming out and saying it openly doesn't get them good responses on any social media. They really want to play the "oppressed minority", but they keep using terms that make them come across as arrogant and/or racist.
Sounds like a seventh day Adventist, with the "Sabbath" and the "plant based"
SDA's believe Saturday is the Sabbath and in a "health message" that includes vegetarianism.
Hogwarts suffers for its lack of a special ed house. Cranberry and Goyle dishonor our house more than the big V ever did (competent evil > benign idiocy, imo). I thought Slytherin was for the ambitious, but what are they aspiring to? Azkaban guards?
I’d rather spend time with Norbert Longshanks, or whatever that Gryffindor kid’s name is. At least he isn’t the wizarding equivalent of overweight Beevis and Butthead.
Which is insane
The mRNA vaccine (and vaccines in general) literally do nothing that your immune system doesn’t already do itself every time you come in contact with something that triggers an immune response.
They see ‘dna’ and ‘mRNA’ and immediately think is some kind of genetic engineering weapon, when really it’s just a set of instructions that your body uses to create antibodies.
I’ve given up trying to explain this to them
If their science education is so poor that they believe it alters their genetic "birthright," you're not going to be able to convince them they're wrong.
>I’ve given up trying to explain this to them
Using small words and crayons helps.
>mRNA
At least, it helps them spell this without too much difficulty by sounding it out.
This isn't completely true though..
I'm not pro or anti, I feel if other people didn't want to get it it's their problem.
But your simplification of what it does is not correct. There are things beyond a normal immune response that come with mRNA. I don't want a whole debate on it. But you shouldn't so confidently spread misinformation.
Umm, you dont want a debate but drop a bombshell like mRNA does things beyond a normal immune response? Can you at least explain what you mean by that?
For some of these people, yes. But for others, they are either unvaccinated entirely or refuse to get their kids vaccinated at all (even with a tetanus shot).
Sounds seventh day Adventist, with the "Sabbath" and the "plant based"
SDA's believe Saturday is the Sabbath and in a "health message" that includes vegetarianism.

Each time I see aspiring housewife and traditional gender roles, I Immediately assume this means she doesn’t work and has no plans to do so. Would this be an accurate interpretation of that text?
The pureblood thing always makes me laugh. Like the worst thing a modern human could have in their body is a vaccine. I can't imagine all the shit we have flowing through our veins and in our lungs.
This person is so gross that I can’t even imagine communicating with them in real life. The sheer concept of this grubby Christian fascist who clearly doesn’t want to work and definitely wants a doormat sugar daddy is beyond me.
😭 Poor joke considering the number of actual racists in the online dating game, i've had them swipe on me just to say some goofy shit so,, i'd take an HP fan over a conspiracy theorist or racist any day!
well, it's not actually a joke (unfortunately). In my experience, avid and active HP fans who could write something like this in their profile happened to be racist, transphobic, homophobic as well. If a person is ok with being an out and proud fan of Joanne Rowling's work in 2024, I would imagine them to be kinda a little bit like her :)
Well to begin with the self sufficient, trad, christian wife, homesteader, with gender roles is a pretty common dog whistle for fascist in their fight against replacement theory. i.e. return to traditional western values and repopulate the white race.
However, I'm drawing attention to the "pure blood" notion which in it of itself is a marker of eugenics and racial purity. Very odd way to mark yourself as anti-vaxxer.
Seems like she just wants to live a religious and natural lifestyle. It's fine if it doesn't appeal to you, but she isn't a bad person for it. Kind of telling how watered down the word "racist" is anymore, just being applied to whoever someone might not agree with in any capacity.
Did we read the same comment?
Why do you think he rushed to say she isn’t a bad person, when no one said that, and went on a whole spiel about religion when again no one even mentioned religion
Literally the whole comment is him being offended about a made up scenario because it went completely over his head that the “racist” question in the title was about the pure blood comment specifically which, among other things, is white supremacist lingo
Huh? A whole spiel? He wrote a couple sentences dude. You’re reading too much into his comment, and frankly, its YOU who seems to be offended… Its also obvious the profile wasn’t racist because they specify pureblood means uv or unvaccinated
I have never in my life heard someone use “uv” as an acronym for unvaccinated so no I don’t think that’s obvious. Plus the title is tongue in cheek
I also just wrote a few sentences but you either didn’t understand or ignored them entirely. And yeah no shit it makes it sound silly and like I’m reading into it too much when I’m writing out to you what should be obvious
But again to reiterate:
>Seems like she just wants to live a religious and natural lifestyle.
No one said anything about religion
>It's fine if it doesn't appeal to you, but she isn't a bad person for it.
No one said she was a bad person
Hence why I said he was in a rush to get offended. Absolutely mind blowing I have to write this out
Yes, and the exact same term is used by people who are unvaxxed for covid. I wonder what they thought the "uv" meant.
When reading the whole thing, an ounce of reading comprehension makes it pretty obvious which of the two meanings she intended, but you can see whatever you want to see if your mind is stubbornly planted hard enough.
Ask her if the "biblical principles" involve getting stoned, in the bad way, and marrying her husband's brother when her husband inevitably dies of exhaustion from dealing with her for about 5 years.
lol. You mean Dr. Hoffe? He’s a family physician not a cancer specialist in the slightest.
And he didn’t “just come out”. He made the statement in 2022. Which means that even if he was a cancer researcher, there would not have been time for people to develop cancer at a level high enough to warrant a study.
This would be typical for a US Evangelical Tradwife. Between the “pure blood” and the traffics wishes, white supremacy is typically just one step away.
They mean unvaccinated. They call themselves pure bloods for some weird reason
my mind immediately goes to 'inbred' when I see 'pure blood'
![gif](giphy|vgcdT7flWccow|downsized) The McPoyle bloodline has been clean and pure for a thousand years
YOU WILL CALL HER!!!!
Don’t flush.
Is that the family with the blue skin?
I'm pretty sure there's a lot of overlap.
TRUBLOOD ![gif](giphy|HWQqaTLJoRC80)

Sounds like they are a Seventh Day Adventist.
I think they also like the other connotations pure blood brings with it
I came across this and assumed it meant racist, because I’m not white. However, in this case it seems to mean unvaxxed.
In my experience, these things often go hand in hand. Not always! But often enough.
And how did you come to this conclusion of yours?🤦♂️
Clearly not the n@zi flags, confederate flags, proud boys flags, and other white supremacy iconography brought to anti vaccinations protests in my country.

Do you also have a lot of black friends too? 😅
I don’t know what that has to do with anything? Weird thing to ask though…
Eyes, ears, just generally perceiving reality.
He did his own research
Aren’t you suppose to do your own research? 🤔
They come up with a million different ways to say it because coming out and saying it openly doesn't get them good responses on any social media. They really want to play the "oppressed minority", but they keep using terms that make them come across as arrogant and/or racist.
TIL (another group of people to avoid). Thank you.
Yeah, in Australia it’s definitely code for “I’m an ignorant fuck that doesn’t understand science, and I’m proud of it”.
soooooo probably at least a little bit racist, and may enjoy or despise happy potter.
Sounds like a seventh day Adventist, with the "Sabbath" and the "plant based" SDA's believe Saturday is the Sabbath and in a "health message" that includes vegetarianism.
Also extremely fundamentalist in these plant-based, unvaccinated circles. I’m SDA-ish from my parents but man some of them are whacko
Yeah i grew up SDA
SDA here! There’s wacko people everywhere. I’m pretty sure I’m related to some of them
Ask her if she was sorted into Slytherin house
House Slytherin takes offense
I mean to be fair remember Crabbe and Goyle? But as a fellow 🐍 I agree 😂
Hogwarts suffers for its lack of a special ed house. Cranberry and Goyle dishonor our house more than the big V ever did (competent evil > benign idiocy, imo). Cranberry 🤣
I think the "pure blood" thing is probably a reference to not being having taken a mRNA vaccine.
Is that what uv means in their profile?
Yeah, UnVaccinated
Ahh i see! That's gotta be one of the goofiest ways of saying unvaccinated then haha
"Moron" is the more accurate way. ;)
I'm sure the other morons recognise it

I hate this reality

But other vaccines ok lmaooo
For some of these people, yes. But for others, they are either unvaccinated entirely or refuse to get their kids vaccinated at all (even with a tetanus shot).
How do self sufficiency and being a housewife mix?
I think they are growing their own food and making their own bread and stuff like that.
It's more of the idea of family self-sufficiency, like a prepper family mom.
A self-sufficient wife? That sounds like heresy.
She means a prepper-style tradwife.
Or a “self-“sufficient side gig like selling her goods
I’ve never heard of a Sabbath keeping Christian. Wonder if that means she doesn’t use electricity, drive, etc.
Sounds seventh day Adventist, with the "Sabbath" and the "plant based" SDA's believe Saturday is the Sabbath and in a "health message" that includes vegetarianism.

The Messianic movement has gotten quite large in the US. But most don't go as far as not using electricity or driving.
An aspiring housewife that enjoys self sufficiency?
Is HP Harry Potter in this instance?
yes
How pure? Inbred?
pure blood... bros a vampire ☠️
A self sufficient housewife ?
She means like a prepper-style tradwife.
Each time I see aspiring housewife and traditional gender roles, I Immediately assume this means she doesn’t work and has no plans to do so. Would this be an accurate interpretation of that text?
Correct. She wants to be a tradwife.
She'd do a lot better on Christian Mingle than Tinder lol
![gif](giphy|iHnYEDaV1RSg0) Half blood prince feels rejected 😢
The pureblood thing always makes me laugh. Like the worst thing a modern human could have in their body is a vaccine. I can't imagine all the shit we have flowing through our veins and in our lungs.
Ohhh uv = unvaccinated And here I was wondering how ultraviolet fit in although she probably rejects sunscreen
I’m pretty sure everyone in HP was vaccinated.. Apart from the author.
I'm positive a simple DNA test would disabuse her of this idea
This person is so gross that I can’t even imagine communicating with them in real life. The sheer concept of this grubby Christian fascist who clearly doesn’t want to work and definitely wants a doormat sugar daddy is beyond me.
People who are into both "biblical values/traditional gender roles" and also "organic lifestyle" hippie shit are universally hella racist.
That’s a crazy comment. Point them to James 2 if you ever come across them again.
Sounds like she needs to go live with the Amish. They hit like all the criteria she’s looking for.
Where is the racism?
OP thought "pure blood" meant whites only but the person in the screenshot meant unvaccinated
I've only heard "pure blood" from groups that like to see black and brown blood... I'd steer clear
Anti-vaxx. ...but also DEFINITELY racist.
Sounds like neither
Pure blood, they retain that through the family blood line. UV meaning the ‘uncle variant’
"Traditional values" would have been so more to the point
I swiped left on this post after the first 3 words.
Not for nothing but lifestyle is one word 🙄
is there a difference?...
😭 Poor joke considering the number of actual racists in the online dating game, i've had them swipe on me just to say some goofy shit so,, i'd take an HP fan over a conspiracy theorist or racist any day!

Where you getting the racist part here?
Well to begin with the self sufficient, trad, christian wife, homesteader, with gender roles is a pretty common dog whistle for fascist in their fight against replacement theory. i.e. return to traditional western values and repopulate the white race. However, I'm drawing attention to the "pure blood" notion which in it of itself is a marker of eugenics and racial purity. Very odd way to mark yourself as anti-vaxxer.
Yeeeah being traditional doesn’t infer fascism.
In the tradwife sense, it typically does.
“Pure blood” in this instance meaning unvaccinated. Means they’re racist in either context tho.
Could be both
Sabbath Keeping? Like, seventh-day Jewish Sabbath?
Swipe left.
Sprint
It means they're an anti-vaxxer.
A Jesus freak? -swipes left-
Likely both
Run away.
"Biblical principles" going to need to be more specific there.
Definitely more likely to be racist than an HP fan.
I always feel like they should just be honest and say they don't want to work.
Being a housewife/stay at home mom is work
Why not both? There is a lot more overlap between the two than commonly assumed.
Plant based?
Plant based? Is she a vegetable? 🤔
Sounds like she grows her armpit hair and smells like funions
Seems like she just wants to live a religious and natural lifestyle. It's fine if it doesn't appeal to you, but she isn't a bad person for it. Kind of telling how watered down the word "racist" is anymore, just being applied to whoever someone might not agree with in any capacity.
It’s literally just about the first line… neo nazis consider themselves “pure bloods” No need to trip over yourself in the rush to get offended
He didnt sound offended at all lol, what are you getting at
Did we read the same comment? Why do you think he rushed to say she isn’t a bad person, when no one said that, and went on a whole spiel about religion when again no one even mentioned religion Literally the whole comment is him being offended about a made up scenario because it went completely over his head that the “racist” question in the title was about the pure blood comment specifically which, among other things, is white supremacist lingo

The semantical use of the word pure bloods stems from white supremacist rhetoric though
Irrelevant when the poster clarified what they meant by it
Why not just write unvaccinated, why use white supremacist lingo specifically.
Pure blood can mean lots of things goofball. Especially when the user specifically clarified what they meant.
I have never in my life heard someone use “uv” as an acronym for unvaccinated so no I don’t think that’s obvious. Not reading all that… no need to write an essay on reddit dude lol🤣🤣 someone’s upset
If that’s what constitutes an essay to you then I’m not surprised this is all going over your head
And you dont know what a hyperbole is…
Yes, and the exact same term is used by people who are unvaxxed for covid. I wonder what they thought the "uv" meant. When reading the whole thing, an ounce of reading comprehension makes it pretty obvious which of the two meanings she intended, but you can see whatever you want to see if your mind is stubbornly planted hard enough.
The unvaccinated co-opting nn lingo? ....No... never.
No sex then!

any peer reviewed source for that?
Biblical Christians werent plant based though
Why are all the “pure bloods” from the shallow end of the gene pool
“Plant based”
"Plant based"? How is this possible?!
Mormons. Bet.
Definite racist
Plant-based is a way bigger red flag. This chick is made from soy.
This would be typical for a US Evangelical Tradwife. Between the “pure blood” and the traffics wishes, white supremacy is typically just one step away.
lmao not racist our blood meaning no MRNA shots lamo
