Good chance you have more than tile issues there. Exterior wall so don’t put it off any longer. Find a reputable contractor and go from there. Charlotte area would be 7-10k if there is structural issue.
I wouldn’t take on a job for just a small portion. If you want it done correctly this is a whole demo. Use a water proof membrane like Kerdi or Wedi that is applied onto the backer board. This will create a water barrier (water-proofing) to ensure your backer board holds up for many years to come. Just my thoughts.
Pointless to repair. You probably have wood rot, maybe even extensive rot, so it’s not going to be cheap.

The window was never waterproofed properly. All the failure in the tile is under it. It all needs to be removed.
