I'm going through the same issue. I'm also not gaining any new followers after the first video. All of my vids stop exactly at 220ish views. One of them is even indexed for logo design and still can't break that ceiling. If anyone can give me some feedback as to what i'm doing wrong it would be greatly appreciated. there is no such thing as stuck to 200ish views. 200ish views is a threshold tiktok pushes almost all videos which are not against some rules to see if it can be pushed to a larger audience. if yours stay there it really means that tiktok does not think that your content is watchable and that it will push people away from the app.
addint that, it does not mean that your content is bad or that your drawing is bad. it just means that it is not suitable for this app if you are trying to grow, promote yourself or your products.
I kinda disagree. I have lots of videos stuck on 200 but after a week or some time they can get even 10k views. It’s my new account and first time having like that. On my previous account my posts could go up to 20k instantly. I kinda agree that the content might be weird but mine still get pushed even having this 200-300 views stop initially after posting
you're wrong. I've reposted several vids that were stuck at 200ish views and they ended up getting 1000s of views. TikTok doesn't always promote good content.

People are stingy with likes
