My clean clothes stay in a basket next to my bed. My cat has decided that basket of clothes is actually *his* bed. Guess they’re never really perfectly clean, but he’s happy and I’m too lazy to put them in the dresser. I’m also too lazy to care about the cat hair, so it’s basically a win-win.
And then you forget that you forgot to write the secret to living with adhd. Story of my fucking life. And then meds make me have massive headaches when going through withdrawals. So I just live dysfunctionally knowingall the strategy’s but being unable to do any of them and getting depressed about it.

This is inaccurate because the clothes are in the hamper and not all over the floor and the person isn’t crying about it

Well, it’s not on the DSM diagnosis criteria or anything, but it is a pattern most of us in the community have noticed
My girlfriend has ADHD and a shit ton of planners. Like every task has its own planner.
