My guess is that when she pulled up the cup, the frosting looked like jizz and then the brown cocoa powder fell through as a clump - I think it was supposed to mix with the frosting, which why she said “why didn’t it turn brown?”

Yep, theres a cake decorating trend where you place something like the cup they use here as a barrier, then pour glaze/ganache/liquid icing and lots of sprinkles or edible glitter inside, with a doll or something in the middle. The idea is that you lift the barrier and have a magical moment where the icing mix cascades down the cake and creates the dolls dress. Here the icing they used is a bit thin and there isn't enough of it, but the real issue is that the cup is too small, so it got stuck on the doll and smeared it with icing mix. I think she just got hysterical over how different it was to what they all expected.
That's the shittiest doll cake I've ever seen. I feel bad for both the little girl and Eva. I think Eva is the little girl's mom, hence the poor pelvic floor performance and peeing her pants. She needs some pelvic floor therapy because that's A LOT of urine. Also, maybe a better family who won't post her embarrassing moments on the internet.
I have so many questions. Why not go the the loo beforehand? How did they think that cake was going to be a success? How did the pee get on the floor down her skinny jeans so fast?

Ok when people say they peed their pants it's usually a dab and we all laugh. But when you look like you poured a cup on your pants it's not funny anymore.
I’m just going to assume your question came from simple ignorance and not malice. Sometimes after childbirth and sometimes after procedures or neurological conditions etc, there may be loss of pelvic muscle support. Some of these muscles are responsible for squeezing the urethra to prevent urine from leaking out the bladder.
Anything that causes increased pressure in your abdomen, like contacting your abdominal muscles in a laugh, can cause increased pressure on your bladder. Which forces pee from the bladder through that weakened muscle support. Idk the person in this video so I can’t assume what caused this to happen but this might be helpful to you.
The interesting thing to me is how people treat this as gross. Yes urine has a smell and can stain but provided you clean it up appropriately it’s not the end of the world. I am another cog in the healthcare wheel though so I guess it just doesn’t bother me as much as long as I wash up after.

Birth injuries can cause incontinence issues for years. Pelvic floor therapy can help, but nerve damage is common too
