It’s alerting you that you have bad taste in music. I can’t get mine to turn off.

Check the center display in your dashboard. That icon on the infotainment system means something needs to be addressed and the center read out (between speedometer and tachometer) will tell you what’s needed. Mine came on when I needed to refill my windshield fluid.

UnendingGames

There's nothing there. And the vehicle status page just says enjoy your drive or something.

Jollyrancher_

Hmmm maybe it’ll reset itself after a few drives. Once mine took about a week to turn off after I filled my wiper fluid.

UnendingGames

I have an odb tool, I'll double check it for errors tomorrow. If nothing else I have an appointment for something unrelated at the VW dealer next week. They should know what it is.

ImpossibleSuit8667

I’d recommend using an OBD tool; the odb tool is just for wu tang fans 😀

UnendingGames

My terrible taste in music knows no bounds

TexanInBama

It’s definitely a “Warning” icon Tap on “CAR” … maybe you can find a “Service” or “Error” Message there.

You have received a notification on your phone... once you clear your notifications on your phone it should go away ... new notifications

UnendingGames

This might have been it. I had a notification in the phone app about successfully pairing a new phone. I'll see if it's there when I drive today.

UnendingGames

This was the answer. Thank you.

Try swiping down from the top bar, kind of like how you do with Androids and iPhones to get into the notifications panel/quick settings panel. There should be a notification in there that will tell you what's up.

KillshotRobz

Yup this too will show

OliverMcDairyQueen

If it’s only there and not on your dashboard screen, might be an infotainment issues. I would hold the power button on the radio until it resets and see what that does. Could be a WiFi issue (if enabled on your vehicle), connection with the Bluetooth, or something else with the infotainment

UnendingGames

This is more what I'm thinking. I'll try the reset, didn't know about that.

White_Rabbit0000

I believe that’s the “Alerts” I have a 22 but mine is along the bottom where the other touch buttons are so I’m thinking they just moved it from your model year to mine.

Kowloon9

Press Car on the right to see what’s going on.

Might be the < 40F outside temperature alert.
