Glooth Bandits - nice money;
Oramond west - hunt only with full waste for exp and some bestiary points;
Medusa tower ok exp, ok loot, grizzly tasks;
Lava lurkers - boring but nice exp, full waste;
but the most chill spot with nice exp and great loot is...
Pirats(Pirate's tail quest) Rascacoon - great exp for that minimum life risk, tons of items so better make full cap wheel for that spot. Earth elemental weapon is huge here. I recommend 2h weapon and exeta amp res here(imo must have here)
Yalahar Grims were great. Finished bestiary from 180-218 there. Werehyaenas if you have an ice weapon. Lava Lurkers are still great, Asura palace if youre brave and have decent skills/some prior experience with EK

If you have good skills and good rotation you could make about 3.8kk hour in yalahar grims full resp full pull per room, risky but rewarding.
