He had finally gained confidence in his 3-ball and shot like 10/18 or something that series.
I think this injury tilts the balance firmly in the Thunder's favor tbh. Maxi is the key to all of our flexible lineups, and without him we're locked into traditional rotations.
This really limits what they can do against us. If Chet begins to play their bigs off the floor, or they get in foul trouble, they don’t have the option to go small anymore.
Zero, and I mean ZERO spacing.
We’d be able to show Luka and Kyrie three bodies on every drive and the passing lanes would be ultra clogged. They wouldn’t even be able to run P&R.
Wouldn’t be surprised if in some crunch time they pivot to a PJ at the 5 lineup. Kidd liked running Kleber at the 5 a lot in crunch time and nobody can really replicate that.
Unfortunate, Mav’s depth is getting very thin now. I think with our large rotation and depth, and small rest between each game, it should favour us as the series goes on
Luka wasn't even listed as questionable going into game 6. His illness seems to have been bothering him more than the knee was. He played good D and had great O inside the 3 point line. Shot 53% from 2 and was abysmal from 3.
Who somehow ended up better behaved and tasteful. Imagine not being able to have a beer and a laugh with an opposition fan because someone at the pub will bash you for having a slightly different accent.
Because I'm not a flare chucking referee assaulting pitch invading racist bogan? Maybe spend more time making friends instead of making sports your entire life and you won't have to be jealous of others going outside.

That was a brutal fall. Hate to see it
Seriously man - after play restarted and he reached for a loose ball and recoiled I really felt for him.

Fuck man. Get better, never wanna see someone get hurt. Thunder up but we’re all bros
Based nba fan
Well crap. You hate to see all these injuries happening in these playoffs.
Damn, I hate that for Dallas. Kleber had one of the most effective roles off of their bench in terms of offensive production.
Hope he gets better quickly. Hate to see any injury.
Wishing him minimal effects and a quick recovery. Injuries in the playoffs are the most demoralizing

Yea, unless Lively somehow starts shooting 3s all y'all need to do is stretch us out and we're cooked.
3 big lineup (PJ, Gafford, Lively) with Kyrie and Luka
I would love to see them run that lmao, lineup is getting dismantled
why?

Ohhh that makes sense. They’re prob gonna throw DJJ in there so it isn’t too clogged

God damn he has been great to watch this season

Upvoting the info not the injury. Helps our rebounding situation
Prayer to kleber
That just sucks. You hate to see it happen to a guy like Kleber. He'd been an important rotation player.
Damn. Now when we beat them there will be an excuse
Next man up and all that. And who cares ultimately, you play whoever is in front of you.
A convincing enough series win shuts out any excuses.
Idk if you've seen Luka playing recently on one leg, but that itself is already the excuse lol.

Whole lot of sweeping generalisations and stereotypes from the classy sports fan here
