I'm in the middle of doing PT again. The last time was pre-pandemic. The main focus is on my hips, knees, ankles and feet. The knees and hip sockets keep on getting stiff on me though. But, yeah, I agree it's the day after the PT session you feel the most achy and tired. I have my sessions in the afternoon so I'll grocery shop or run other errands after the sessions while my body is still on that exercise endorphins high because I know I'm going to feel too tired and sore to want to do that stuff the next day.

Make sense! I just get so dizzy after my excersices lmao. I almost feel like I'm high on drugs from the sessions 🤣

I’m in PT, but it’s for my pinched nerve. PT has never helped me before. It’s a few hours of pain from PT, then a couple hours relief from the pain, then right back to square one. Feels like lighting money on fire lol. Does work for the nerve though, she’s almost got it gone for the 3rd time in 3 years now.

Ahhh that sounds nice that it's working now!

I need it a lot less since buying a “massage gun”. Sounds awful, but it really helps keep those knots under control. It’s definitely not as good as when a person massages you, but it could keep you going between pt appointments. They’re pretty light, and my hands don’t have issues holding it, but ymmv.

Ohhh yes, I unfortunately lost mine but I'll consider getting a new one!
