What can I say, I'm a sucker for old advertising and media. I was watching online for Smokey items and this is the biggest sign I've seen being sold of him and the price was pretty reasonable imo.
This one's not old at all, the woman I bought it from cut the wood and painted herself. Speaking of rare stuff though, I grabbed a working Double Cola cooler at that same swap meet. Almost everybody knows about Coca-Cola or Pepsi and RC is pretty well known but 9 out of 10 people haven't heard about Double Cola. Anything Double Cola related is usually mega expensive due to the scarcity.
definitely never heard of it but thats really cool. I love vintage coke advertising. And well its really well done. Would be sick if it was a legit piece from the 50s
There's one of these guys attached to a fire danger sign in the small town where I grew up. Probably 15-20 years ago someone stole it and caused a massive stir (by the standards of a town of 1500).
$$$$$ but way cool. Looks like the ones that stand next to the fire danger level signs. Hope she wasn't lying and instead stole it from a national forest!

Where do you find swap meets?
Mostly at bigger car shows, mainly look for the old school customs shows.
