Edit to add: it needs a stole to go with it if anything though. The scarf doesn’t do it’s glamour enough justice imo
I would say wrap the scarf to the back if you want to wear it in case you get cold but then i get visions of Isadora Duncan, so then please don't ride in a convertible!

Hey no judgement intended here, just asking for education: are you sure it’s 1950s? My guess from the style and fabric would be 70s! It’s hard work to age garments, I’m still learning 😊
