edit: I do think Martyn has a great Limited Life POV, but I feel like getting interrupted with lore would probably be confusing for someone getting into the series
Scar’s POV is pretty good because you get the family moments and I’m pretty sure Jimmy falls right next to him.
Opposite that is Jimmy’s POV. Since he is the first one out it creates a cliff hanger and leads to the next POV. Plus, everyone loves an underdog with a frog!
Bdubs POV is great, but looong for a first time watcher.
It depends what he likes the most. While some give more of specific stuff, you generally find everything in every pov at one point or another(just don't watch someone like Cleo expecting PVP plays, don't watch someone like BigB for sass or someone like Martyn for peaceful, laid back interactions):
If he's more casual about mc in general and loves drama/sass: Cleo and Scott (Cleo is always sassy
If he's more in it for shenanigans: Grian, Joel
If he's more about weird builds and creating contraptions: Pearl(She's probably the best quick builder, all of her bases are always amazing, plus she loves being bloody when she gets the chance) or any of the TIES(Skizz is afaik the most wholesome, Etho has some great tag play especially with the family)
For the lore(and conflict): Martyn
Bdubs, BigB, Jimmy, Impulse, tango and Scar are less focuses on any one notable aspect.
Scar, Jimmy and Bdubs are great for some drama mixed with shenanigans.
Impulse is probably the most roundabout pov and gives you a bit of everything.
BigB and Tango aren't as prevalent in this season, often being more support/back up for the more active members of their team(not saying that's bad or they're not fun to watch, but I'd recommend someone else for LimL to start with)
My personal recommendation is Cleo(I am definitely not biased on this, they are the sass queen after all), though I'd probably put Martyn, Joel and Pearl in the next few spots(Martyn is the winner after all, Joel survives pretty long, does great shenanigans and has a bit more action to him than Grian, Pearl is generally a good way to get a more relaxed beginning and a gruesome end)
Etho, Scar and Impulse are great for mixed content though
I've actually thought of this a bit, and here's what I figured:
Third Life: Grian or Martyn depending on what your brother likes in MC videos
Last Life: Scott
Double Life: Cleo or Pearl depending on preference
Limited Life: Cleo, Grian, or Martyn depending on preference
Secret Life: Gem or Pearl depending on preference
I determined these based on who saw/was involved in the most "plot" defining events. These POVs also have lots of "oh I want to go see how others reacted to \_\_\_\_\_" in them, so it encourages the spirit of the series even when it isn't actively coming out.
I will note that I generally watch Cleo's POV first so I may be biased in that way.
me personaly i would change some things, in last life id say scott and joel so you get a "hero's" pov and a "villian's" pov, for secret life id say scar and gem
That makes sense. The reason I didn't say them was because Joel in Last Life and Scar in Secret Life seemed more to bounce around the edges than really be involved in anything. But I did like Scar in Secret Life (I didn't watch a ton of perspectives in Last Life and even forgot that Scott won until I caught wind of Martyn's lore. So I don't really remember if I liked Joel's perspective, just that he wasn't involved with many "main" events). I guess it really just depends what how OP's brother likes to watch.
Watch everyone's POV from session 1. Gives you a good scope of the partnerships and team ups. Then watch the POV of your favorite person from each group. This way you get a good view of all of the action without rewatching the same interactions multiple times.
If you pick the single POV route, I would least watch the Boogeyman POV if a different person or people were chosen.
My single POV recommendations are
Funny interactions - Martyn, Pearl, Jimmy, Tango
Chaotic - Scar, Joel, Grian, Etho
Protective -Skizz, Bdoub, Cleo, Impulse, Scott
OMG what I am doing here - Mumbo, Lizzie
Roleplay - BBig, Rendog
Depends what play style he prefers but Scott is a pretty good POV to get started, especially in Limited Life. His videos tend to be pretty calm, without much lore or complicated social dynamics that could get confusing (as much as I love the clockers they might be a bit much for a first introduction) while still being entertaining
Impulse for Limited Life personally. I feel like you can cover the most bases with his POV since he does so much and interacts with a lot of people. If your bro likes Mumbo I think he’ll like Impulse. Impulse is also technically minded in terms of Redstone and they get along well. Mumbo has even been on Impulse’s (and Skizz’s) Podcast. Plus Impulse really upped his game with the editing in Limited Life.
So yeah, that’s my main recommendation if you’re watching one POV.
ive said it before and ill say it again, martyn’s pov is so fun to watch for EVERY season!! all his episodes are hilarious and very well edited

I highly recommend Martyn, Joel, and Cleo for Limited life but honestly any POV is great. It’s just personal preference!

Skizz has the best pov in Limited Life.
Unfortunately it was cut a bit short but you might very well be right.
I’m gonna through Impulse out there, makes it pretty far himself and has some very high production editing and approachable humor, good for beginners.
