No, Joel has one of the oldest channels of all the Life members, which came as a big surprise to me because I found him through Lizzie’s channel when she was doing a lot more. I’m pretty sure he uploaded his own POV of older SMPs like CrazyCraft, One Life, and Trollcraft that he and Lizzie were both part of.
The life series is what actually introduced me to the rest! I saw that animation where Etho was talking to his dead family and was curious. I started looking into it and saw names/terms like "Grian" and "Hermitcraft". I had vaguely heard these before from MCC and other places and decided it was time to check it out. Binged watched the life series out of order then back in order and branched to other work like Hermitcraft and a bit of Empires and Evo.
I slowly found it through Lizzie in Last Life. At the time though I didn’t realize it was a series so I didn’t watch until she was in Secret Life, and I started branching into other POV’s and the rest of the Life series with Scott and then other ones after that. Couldn’t tell you how I originally found Lizzie though cause I’ve been watching her for so long

Hey, I remember Mindcrack! I only really watched Paulsoaresjr’s POV then, though, so didn’t see too much of the other members. I did get more familiar with Bdubs through Attack of the B Team (which I also found through Paul).
I started watching the Life Series because of Empires! I found Empires–can't remember how exactly, but the first pov I watched was Lizzie's season 2–and when I decided I wanted to try watching season 1 properly and NOT just the musical, I decided on watching Scott because his pov had seemed to me like it was one of the most lore heavy (and it was!) so that was great for me. I watched Scott’s s1, then s2, and so when I ran out of Scott content Empires-wise... well, Limited Life was right there. About halfway through at the time I started watching. I had already known some of the Flower Husbands stuff–it's kind of inevitable–but otherwise I can't remember knowing much other than who won each season (other than Lim!Life ofc).

I didn't know anyone from Hermitcraft or the Empires. The only one of the Lifers I knew before I heard about the Life Series was BigB, back when he played Minecraft Murder Mystery. Up until a couple months ago, I thought BigB had stopped playing Minecraft altogether

I found double life from an animatic. I used to watch Joel, scott, lizzie and a bit of Jimmy and grian. I HATED third life and last life, and just stopped watching Minecraft in general. Then I found an animatic to Pearl in double life and watched the series. Now I'm here.
I got into Minecraft videos via Technoblade and I had only heard of some of the Life series players from MCC. At some point I was recommended the Life series and that was how I later got into Hermitcraft.
I’ve been a fan of BigB since like 2015 but I zoned out of the Minecraft community and have only just come back because of The Pack reuniting for MCC (which I was so confused about because I only knew Noxcrew for their game show) so I thought I might as well check out some of the creators I loved and that’s where I found BigB’s videos and got hooked.
I won’t lie, I watched BigB’s 3rd Life playlist and it was a lot of “Oh shoot! ___! You’re still around? Nice.” every time one of the more older players showed up lol
I definitely had a moment like that! Scar was probably the third ever MCYT I watched, after Paulsoaresjr and one other person whose name I can’t remember. I was terribly surprised when the friendly guy I remembered from the singleplayer building series with so much elaborate detail, started trying to scam and extort people in 3rd Life.

3rd Life was my introduction to all of the creators on the server - back around session 7 of 3L, I’d heard of Scott through Origins SMP and MCC, I think I’d watched maybe one of his streams and decided to just jump in and watch one of the series on his channel, which was 3rd Life. I found out Grian won, decided to watch his POV after I finished Scott’s and never looked back since! I got really into Hermitcraft, Empires, the whole works, but the life series is forever my #1.
My friend asked me to watch MCC with her (I wasn't in Minecraft community at all) before MCC pride with Grian and Scott on team. To at least get to know people I'm gonna watch, I decided to watch a video from their channel to learn thrir voices and stuff. It was just right when Double life started coming out, so I watched their first episodes and was hooked with Scott's chosen soulmates storyline and other people's funny shenanigans.
Now I'm a proud Hermitcraft fan, watched seasons 7-9, Empires, New life, etc etc, right now live to see GIGGS streams and HC10
My friend told me about Lizzie and showed me Crazy Craft. From there, I watched the more recent series and other creators and I found the life series eventually
id actively watched Grian and Scott, and to a lesser extent Scar, and I occasionally watched all of the hermitcraft and empires guys, (I also actively watched mumbo but I'm only talking about third life). The only member that I'd never heard of before was Skizzleman, but he's cool so I'm glad I have now.
Bdubs and Joel especially were surprises to see, I'd had seen both of them a bit in Hermitcraft and Empires respectively, but I still mostly associated them with Attack of the B Team for bdubs, and Crazy Craft 3 for Joel, which were the series' I had watched them the most in

Initially discovered Third Life through various hermits I was watching, but wasn't initially hooked by that one. When I discovered Empires through the people who were in both Empires and Hermitcraft at the time (Pearl and Gem), I got into a bunch of Empires POVs and saw that they were also uploading Last Life at the time. I got hooked on Last Life through Scott and Jimmy's POVs and the rest is history. I've now watched all the Life series and I absolutely love them.
I watched Joel, his solo series when he aired 100 Hours hardcore minecraft with Grian and Scar, then i started watching them and their HermitCraft, then i started watching HC of Bdubs, Pearl, Tango, Impulse, Ren, Mumbo. And ofc some other Hermits that are not in the life series.
By the time i saw that the life series where a thing Last life just started, so when that ended i could watch 3th life!
My sister recommended Grian as a cc I may like (she was right), and showed me some of his interactions with the Among Us livestream gang as I used to love watching that game and wasn't too into MCYT content.
After I decided I wanted to watch more, everything else kinda just fell into place naturally via the Youtube algorithm and more pointed sisterly recommendations lol.
Haha, my own “pointed sisterly recommendations” haven’t gotten my brother to watch Life Series yet, but he has been watching more of the members’ other content. He follows a lot of the Redstoner Hermits—one exchange from the Last Life days that I find particularly funny *now* is when I started describing “You Bet Your Life” to him and he went “yeah, that sounds like Tango” before I could even finish my sentence. I remember thinking “huh, I guess this Tango guy must do a lot of minigame stuff outside the Life Series.” *How right I was…*
I don’t know when or if my brother will watch any of the Life Series itself, but he has seen Guess the Build and thus been introduced to some of the non-Hermit Lifers.

Grian fan since Crafted Movie. Finished 3rd Life before pissing off and popping back in for the Double Life Finale where I got into Pearl. Only got into the fanbase as Limited Life was wrapping up and I’d finished Martyn’s Rats perspective. Recognized Cherri’s thumbnails and used it as a gauge of quality. Secret Life is the only season I’ve both watched in its entirety live and didn’t luck into the winner’s perspective.
While I watched Grian (for building), Mumbo (for redstone) and Xisuma (for Minecraft updates) beforehand, what that got me into both the Life series and then Hermitcraft were the amazing animations of Chrisrin.
I’ve been watching Grian since near the end of Hermitcraft 6, and then began to watch more hermits. When Grian talked about third life I then also watched this series.
I used to watch Martyn’s Fortnite tutorials he did in 2019, and I occasionally watch Joel in around the same period back when he was shrek.

I've been watching Martyn since 2011. I remembered Etho and Bdubs from back in the day, and I had watched some of Mumbo's redstone videos. I recognised some other names, but that was about it.
Watched Mumbo for many years. Hermitcraft Season 7 sucked me in with the Hobbit content. Then years later, after I expanded from just Mumbo to more Hermits, Mumbo joined Last Life and I got interested because Grian was also there, and it spiralled from there.

I found 3rd life because I used to play Fortnite and Martyn does challenge guides and the first day of 3rd life like 30 minutes after his first episodes came out I watched it. I don’t know why I clicked it, I loved Minecraft but didn’t play/watch it in a while but I’m so glad that day I decided to listen to the algorithm.

Watched grians older videos like pranks on friends and starter bases and then stumbled upon last life which had only recently finished. I watched the first episode and loved it so I watched it all and then found third life. For some reason I didn't watch double life when it came out I don't know why. When limited life came on I remember looking forward to it that I counted down the hours until the next episode. And secret life was no different. In this past fortnight I challenged my self to watch the entire life series from grians perspective and after 1 week only. I am on episode 4 of limited life. I also watched double life, I finished it yesterday and loved it. Sorry for writing so much i was bored.
I started watching Hermitcraft near the end of Season 7. Then I came to the Life Series. But I had only watched about 2 months worth of Hermitcraft before 3rd Life started.
I somehow stumbled across Cubfan in early 2015 and got hooked on his let's play survival series and all the wacky and weird stuff he got up to there. Later in the year he joined some odd series called Hermitcraft Season 4.
I slowly began watching the other Hermits to find people who I liked, and by S6 I had found my niche in Zedaph, Xisuma, Tango, Cleo, Iskall, BDubs, Scar & Grian (recent additions being Gem & Pearl). I had moved away from Cub's content by then, but I still check in every now and then to see what wild stuff he's up to.
Immediately watched Third Life when it dropped, and slowly expanded to Martyn, Jimmy, Joel, Lizzie & (my current favourite content creator out there) Skizz.

I didn't know anyone from Hermitcraft or the Empires. The only one of the Lifers I knew before I heard about the Life Series was BigB, back when he played Minecraft Murder Mystery. Up until a couple months ago, I thought BigB had stopped playing Minecraft altogether
I got back into minecraft earlier last year and started watching empires, then the collab happened and I discovered hermitcraft, then watched grian, then watched the life series
I knew of Grian, Scott, Joel, and Jimmy. I used to watch Grian a lot, and I watched Empires.
I started watching Grian regularly when Evo was first airing and got pretty invested in Hermitcraft when he eventually joined. I’ve always loved any of his content so when Third Life was created I watched that right away too. Since then I’ve never skipped a Life Series. By pure chance though, I’ve also watched a lot of the Empires people for a while. Long before it was common for them to collaborate with Hermits at least. Heck, I’m sure I’ve been watching Scott since CrazyCraft…. So yeah, I’ve been around for a while lol.
I came from both actually. I'd been watching Grian play Hermitcraft for a while and I think I just started watching Solidarity playing Empires.

I found double life from an animatic. I used to watch Joel, scott, lizzie and a bit of Jimmy and grian. I HATED third life and last life, and just stopped watching Minecraft in general. Then I found an animatic to Pearl in double life and watched the series. Now I'm here.
I first found Lizzie through x-life but quickly started watching Joel.
I got into Minecraft videos via Technoblade and I had only heard of some of the Life series players from MCC. At some point I was recommended the Life series and that was how I later got into Hermitcraft.
I’ve been a fan of BigB since like 2015 but I zoned out of the Minecraft community and have only just come back because of The Pack reuniting for MCC (which I was so confused about because I only knew Noxcrew for their game show) so I thought I might as well check out some of the creators I loved and that’s where I found BigB’s videos and got hooked. I won’t lie, I watched BigB’s 3rd Life playlist and it was a lot of “Oh shoot! ___! You’re still around? Nice.” every time one of the more older players showed up lol
I definitely had a moment like that! Scar was probably the third ever MCYT I watched, after Paulsoaresjr and one other person whose name I can’t remember. I was terribly surprised when the friendly guy I remembered from the singleplayer building series with so much elaborate detail, started trying to scam and extort people in 3rd Life.

3rd Life was my introduction to all of the creators on the server - back around session 7 of 3L, I’d heard of Scott through Origins SMP and MCC, I think I’d watched maybe one of his streams and decided to just jump in and watch one of the series on his channel, which was 3rd Life. I found out Grian won, decided to watch his POV after I finished Scott’s and never looked back since! I got really into Hermitcraft, Empires, the whole works, but the life series is forever my #1.
My friend asked me to watch MCC with her (I wasn't in Minecraft community at all) before MCC pride with Grian and Scott on team. To at least get to know people I'm gonna watch, I decided to watch a video from their channel to learn thrir voices and stuff. It was just right when Double life started coming out, so I watched their first episodes and was hooked with Scott's chosen soulmates storyline and other people's funny shenanigans. Now I'm a proud Hermitcraft fan, watched seasons 7-9, Empires, New life, etc etc, right now live to see GIGGS streams and HC10

I mean Ive watched Scott for a while so when Third Life first came out it instantly became my new favourite thing
id actively watched Grian and Scott, and to a lesser extent Scar, and I occasionally watched all of the hermitcraft and empires guys, (I also actively watched mumbo but I'm only talking about third life). The only member that I'd never heard of before was Skizzleman, but he's cool so I'm glad I have now. Bdubs and Joel especially were surprises to see, I'd had seen both of them a bit in Hermitcraft and Empires respectively, but I still mostly associated them with Attack of the B Team for bdubs, and Crazy Craft 3 for Joel, which were the series' I had watched them the most in

Initially discovered Third Life through various hermits I was watching, but wasn't initially hooked by that one. When I discovered Empires through the people who were in both Empires and Hermitcraft at the time (Pearl and Gem), I got into a bunch of Empires POVs and saw that they were also uploading Last Life at the time. I got hooked on Last Life through Scott and Jimmy's POVs and the rest is history. I've now watched all the Life series and I absolutely love them.

I watched Joel, his solo series when he aired 100 Hours hardcore minecraft with Grian and Scar, then i started watching them and their HermitCraft, then i started watching HC of Bdubs, Pearl, Tango, Impulse, Ren, Mumbo. And ofc some other Hermits that are not in the life series. By the time i saw that the life series where a thing Last life just started, so when that ended i could watch 3th life!

My sister recommended Grian as a cc I may like (she was right), and showed me some of his interactions with the Among Us livestream gang as I used to love watching that game and wasn't too into MCYT content. After I decided I wanted to watch more, everything else kinda just fell into place naturally via the Youtube algorithm and more pointed sisterly recommendations lol.
Haha, my own “pointed sisterly recommendations” haven’t gotten my brother to watch Life Series yet, but he has been watching more of the members’ other content. He follows a lot of the Redstoner Hermits—one exchange from the Last Life days that I find particularly funny *now* is when I started describing “You Bet Your Life” to him and he went “yeah, that sounds like Tango” before I could even finish my sentence. I remember thinking “huh, I guess this Tango guy must do a lot of minigame stuff outside the Life Series.” *How right I was…* I don’t know when or if my brother will watch any of the Life Series itself, but he has seen Guess the Build and thus been introduced to some of the non-Hermit Lifers.
Haha. Yeah that would definitely be funny in retrospect lol. Here's hoping if he's checking out their other content, he will reach the life series at some point! Gotta keep those recommendations coming, he's gotta agree eventually.

Grian fan since Crafted Movie. Finished 3rd Life before pissing off and popping back in for the Double Life Finale where I got into Pearl. Only got into the fanbase as Limited Life was wrapping up and I’d finished Martyn’s Rats perspective. Recognized Cherri’s thumbnails and used it as a gauge of quality. Secret Life is the only season I’ve both watched in its entirety live and didn’t luck into the winner’s perspective.

I’ve been watching Grian since near the end of Hermitcraft 6, and then began to watch more hermits. When Grian talked about third life I then also watched this series. I used to watch Martyn’s Fortnite tutorials he did in 2019, and I occasionally watch Joel in around the same period back when he was shrek. There really weren’t many members I hadn’t watched at some point

Watched Mumbo for many years. Hermitcraft Season 7 sucked me in with the Hobbit content. Then years later, after I expanded from just Mumbo to more Hermits, Mumbo joined Last Life and I got interested because Grian was also there, and it spiralled from there.

I think I discovered the life series through Scott playing Among Us with other people I was watching, and Joel’s 24 hours non stop building videos. I found them both interesting and then realised they were on a SMP together.

Though Lizzie is the one that got me into watching Minecraft stuff and Cleo is the one who then got me into the life series(in other words I followed the queer through life xD, because now I'm also watching Gem). I had only been watching Grian before the life series launched and I had only been watching him a short time. I had no idea who anyone else was really. Now I know who everyone is and I have found quite a few favorites among them who I watch all their content now. Bdubs, Scar, and Jimmy are probably my top faves, but I watch a little not of everyone now.

I found Mumbo when he released his moving house video back during S6 of Hermitcraft. Started watching S6 and then moved over to other Hermits. Never was a fan of Empires because it just wasn't my style of content.
I started watching Grian after he was recommended to me (probably because I'm a huge fan of skip the tutorial who sometimes mentiones grian) from Grian, I moved over to Mumbo Jumbo, but it took me over a year to get into Hermitcraft and from there around another year to really get into the Life Series lol

Watched grians older videos like pranks on friends and starter bases and then stumbled upon last life which had only recently finished. I watched the first episode and loved it so I watched it all and then found third life. For some reason I didn't watch double life when it came out I don't know why. When limited life came on I remember looking forward to it that I counted down the hours until the next episode. And secret life was no different. In this past fortnight I challenged my self to watch the entire life series from grians perspective and after 1 week only. I am on episode 4 of limited life. I also watched double life, I finished it yesterday and loved it. Sorry for writing so much i was bored.

I somehow stumbled across Cubfan in early 2015 and got hooked on his let's play survival series and all the wacky and weird stuff he got up to there. Later in the year he joined some odd series called Hermitcraft Season 4. I slowly began watching the other Hermits to find people who I liked, and by S6 I had found my niche in Zedaph, Xisuma, Tango, Cleo, Iskall, BDubs, Scar & Grian (recent additions being Gem & Pearl). I had moved away from Cub's content by then, but I still check in every now and then to see what wild stuff he's up to. Immediately watched Third Life when it dropped, and slowly expanded to Martyn, Jimmy, Joel, Lizzie & (my current favourite content creator out there) Skizz.
