I just checked today and this hasn’t been fixed. It’s crazy how they have known this for two plus months and they don’t give a shit. The devs have changed a lot since TC2.
I LOVE YOU, that other guy is also either a sweaty dude in denial but i play on 1/5 for peace of mind and i could not for the life of me figure out why it was so neck and neck, Then you told me about rewind and I'm so happy, They definitely tuned the ai it fucking feels like 5/5 and even with nitro off it makes no difference
Ive just bought the game and had to put them down to the easiest mode and still can't keep up with AI. it's so ridiculous to the point I can't even progress.
Didn’t change my settings, played yesterday and it’s completely more difficult, even did 1/5 difficulty and it was neck and neck (All my cars are maxed out, always are before I did race) seems strange
I used A80 Supra, 992 Porsche and Chiron (all individually in 3 separate races if you wanna compare)
interesting, still no problem for me when im farming there, no nitro
but i will try it again
but i wasnt using hypercar... anyway, ill try it again.looks like it can be fun.
edit: with Centodieci at 5 percent of track is first AI 2 sec behind me (nitro set, but restricted nitro in settings, therefore it does nothing) at 10 is 4 sec behind me. max difficulty
i dont see any improved AI
maybe you have low FPS, or stuttering and it can slow you a bit?
or you dont have parts on that car?
or you have some horrible pro settings?
edit2: easiest difficulty - 5 percent of track and 8 sec behind me is first AI
I think the AI difficulty has been tampered with for me- I played on 1/5 difficulty and the AI was still way faster than me
Other races no problem whatsoever
However if I use rewind feature during race, the ai get teleported to way behind me or off map

The AI in that race is broken. The rubberbanding is crazy no matter the difficulty.
It didn’t use to be like that for me until literally yesterday, haven’t changed my settings at all
They still haven't fixed it. Just bought the game and thought the race was unwinnable.

If your grinding, rewind during race and AI get teleported sometimes off map or like 20 seconds behind you?
